Slide show: Mothers in Charge hosts Comprehensive Community Healing at Lincoln University

In recognition of Reentry Month, Mothers in Charge hosted a Comprehensive Community Healing event on June 21st and 22nd at Lincoln University in Philadelphia.

The initiative was designed to advance the conversation on solutions to violence, take a real look at the criminal justice system and how it affects our communities, and transform the lives of those who have been harmed as well as those those who have done harm.

Speakers included:

  • Brandon Flood, Secretary of Board of Pardons, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Senator Sharif Street, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
